Dr. Sha’Ronda D. McRae is a bilingual educator with over 17 years of experience in classrooms across the United States. Currently, she is the English Language Arts /World Languages Coordinator for Rockdale County Public Schools where she works to promote literacy and world class education. She provides support to leaders, teachers, families and students.

Her commitment to be a servant leader in all communities, combined with her faith, her love for education and for all children are what drive her service to local youth organizations in Rockdale and Newton Counties.

Eileen Murphy is the founder and CEO of ThinkCERCA, a tool designed to support systems-level literacy growth. Eileen spent 20 years as a classroom teacher, English department chair, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction for 115 schools before founding ThinkCERCA. She is also an NCTE author and a Pahara Aspen Fellow.
